These terms are an agreement between you and Product Design Experts ("we") for the use of AIWatch, the website at aiwatch.guru and the AIWatch mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AIWatch reads usage data from your Anthropic organization through Anthropic's Admin API and presents it as spend rates, gauges, charts and breakdowns. Dollar figures are computed by us from token counts and Anthropic's published list prices. They are estimates: they may differ from your Anthropic invoice because of discounts, batch pricing, regional surcharges, price changes, delayed usage reporting or bugs. Anthropic's invoice is the only authoritative statement of what you owe them.
You agree not to: use the Service with keys you are not authorised to use; probe, scan or attack the Service; interfere with other users; scrape or resell the Service; or use it in violation of Anthropic's terms or any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Polling depends on Anthropic's API, which can be delayed, rate-limited or unavailable; when that happens your data will be stale until we can backfill it. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes by email or in the app.
AIWatch is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will announce pricing in advance and you will be able to keep using any free tier or delete your account before being charged.
The Service, its design and code belong to Product Design Experts. Your data belongs to you; you give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it for you. Anthropic, Claude and Grok are trademarks of their respective owners; AIWatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or xAI.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of spend figures and uninterrupted operation. AIWatch is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for Anthropic's own billing controls; do not rely on it as your only safeguard against overspending.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Design Experts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service, including charges incurred on your Anthropic account that AIWatch did not detect or report in time. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page or the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we discontinue the Service. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
We may revise these terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
